The food was good not great but good. The asada is a little different from what I am used to eating but had a good somewhat sweet flavor. The lengua had a better flavor. The condiment bar is pretty good. The salsas are on the spicier side but have a great taste to them. The quesadillas de harina are huge. Big downside no AC.. super hot in here.

Food was awesome, service was great and salsa was tasty and hot. Perfect little hole in the wall, just the way it should be. Parking is weird but it works fine enough. Hit the exact thing I was craving.

Popped in for a midweek lunch. The food was good, but could be taken up a notch. I got the chicken torta and it was good, but i would have loved more toppings, for the toppings to be more evenly spread out, thinner sliced tomatoes, etc. It felt a little thrown together. Overall everyone enjoyed their meal so i'll have to go back and try something else.

I was visiting from WA (originally from a small island in HI), which means I haven't experienced authentic Mexican food... until now. Tacos la Toxica is hidden in a small strip mall. Not a lot of seating but saw a lot of folks with to-go orders. I got the quesa birria ($5) and a chorizo taco ($2) and both were delicious. And cheap! The quesa birria was a decent size and I could've just eaten that and been full. Owners were friendly and efficient. Food came out quickly. 1,000% recommend!

Found this place while looking up taco spots in my area since I just moved to GG and this place did not disappoint. I feel like you wouldn't know what to expect because it's in such a random shopping center, but this is a gem for sure. Everything here was very tasty and made to order and it reminded me of getting a home cooked meal from my mom. Probably some of my favorite carne asada tacos. Im surprised because usually they're my least favorite type of taco but they were so flavorful it was my favorite of the bunch. I loved the toppings as well and the spice level of the sauce was perfect. I also ordered an horchata which was very tasty too. Everyone was super nice and helpful and I didn't have to wait too long. I will definitely be back here again and would recommend it if you're in the area.

Tried an asada burrito and a couple tacos. The asada here is fire. Haven't tried the other protein options yet though.
